There’s not too much to say about this calulator – it does the job well. However, There’s really only 4 buttons you use consistantly – Loan Amt/Pmt/Term/Interest. And they do make a calculator that just has those four buttons (plus calculator keys).
I don’t know what I would do without mine. If you’re a L/O, you need a mortgage calculator.
Today is the first day I used my calculator in a training session in the mortgage industry. My co-workers had only a business analyst calculator. When we used formulas to calculate with, their’s had more buttons to use and was scattered in different places. Mine are all in the same row and it is more simplier to input. I got the answer faster and simplier. I was impressed. When you need the answers quick you want to be able to deliver them. You need one like this. It wont disappoint you.
This is one of the best products on the market thats works great, and for a nice price.
