Are you working on an upcoming presentation? Have a list of questions that you’re chasing down the answers to? Did you read an article that gave you an idea for your business? Are you writing articles for your newsletter?
Lots of questions, I know. But here’s one more: How can the work you’re doing on one project be repurposed into additional marketing pieces?
All of the time and research you put in to developing a presentation can easily be broken up into a series of blog articles or newsletter articles. Take a look at that list of questions you are compiling the answers to – if these are questions you are asked frequently, it only make sense to develop content for your website or blog to answer these questions. Insights gained from your reading, can probably be written up in such a way to help your clients.
You see what I’m getting at. You have already spent a great deal of time on the first incarnation of your work. While it’s fresh on your mind, why not create one or two additional iterations? It’s a great way of extending the reach, the potential audience, of people who can benefit from the content you’ve created.
